X£¥ | £ £ First pour warm water into a pail and then add hexametaphosphate into the water. Keep on stirring and pour dry powder of sodium alginate or ester alginate into the warm water. Stir it fully till there exists an even and non-particle solution. Add water once more to the solution till the total solution looks transparent. Then use soda ash or acetic acid to adjust its PH value to neutral. Cool it to room temperature. Through filtering, it may be reserved for use. . ¶þ¡¢Printing recipe . 1¡¢Printing paste formula compound for routine calico printing .

2. wash technology and its requirements
Flushing/rinsing with cold water in 1-2 wash tanks ?ú wash with hot water at 70-90?? in 2-3 wash tanks?ú boiling with soap at 95--100?? with 3-5g/L of detergent in 1-2 wash tanks?ú wash with hot water in 1 tank?ú wash with cold water in 1 wash tank.
Note: Detergent used here must be either anion or nonionic detergent. If it is net printing or fine design pringting, it is suggested that sodium alginate of low viscosity be used. date and technology listed in this sample book used only for custom-ers¡¯ reference. It is suggested that before using it formally, cus-tomers shall carry out relevant experiments owing to their different concrete conditions and purposes. Many thanks.
